I am 38 weeks pregnant, 5’4” and 165 lbs. I ordered a large and they fit perfectly over the bottom of my belly or I can fold them over. They will be great immediately postpartum too since they have kind of a mid/high rise. Cute enough to go out in but still comfy enough to feel like pajamas on a super pregnant momma!
