DO NOT BUY. WON'T EVEN TURN ON

If I could give a MINUS star it would be for this product. (POS) Only worked twice. I was hesitant to put it on my dog because I didn't want to hurt him, so I stuck with it for over 30 days. Unable to provide a replacement, Revain contacted the SELLER to contact me. It never happened! They don't respect customer service, obviously this product worked twice and then NOTHING. I tried to get another one but Revain couldn't help and the seller isn't interested. This seller is a joke and I would not trust this item to work for anyone else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS PRODUCT STARS: MINUS 15
