Pretty thin for my opinion

Pros. the dog uses it , its cheaper, it's a nice material, and it says it can be machine washed. Cons it's just barely big enough for my dog German shorthair pointer 75lb and I got the xl size . And it seems very thin over all . I keep my dog beds on the hard wood and it seems like it wouldn't really comfort him at all compared to his dog bed I replaced it with. One of the you get what you pay for items

The bed may not offer enough privacy for dogs who prefer to sleep in enclosed spaces

We received this about 5 minutes ago and he jumped right in. LoL Chevy is about 30 pounds and the medium is just right. We plan to put this in his crate. He’s 10 years old now and could use a little extra cushioning. Side note: he has at least 3 beds to choose from. This seems like a good addition to the mix. :)
