It worked great, didn't take much effort to assemble or use. Not too durable and the suction floor only works a little, but overall it's a hell of a lot better than using a hand chopper. First, the spring-loaded button to unlock the handle broke - we have to tape the handle down with tape every time we want to use it (ugh). Then a piece (shown in the photo) attaching it to the base broke. This is in normal use - nothing stressful - just grating cheese. It's a good product in theory, but it's made out of very cheap plastic and just doesn't stand up to the strain :(
