RATIVE Fails to Impress with Variety and Customer Support

An online retailer called RATIVE states that it has a huge assortment of clothing, jewelry, and shoes for both adults and children. However, I was disappointed and underwhelmed by my interaction with the store. Despite having a respectable product range, they have a smaller assortment than other online retailers in the same industry. Their products' quality is also under question, with many of them feeling flimsy and cheaply manufactured. Their poor customer service only makes things worse. When I called with a query about my order, I didn't hear back for several days, and the customer service agent was unhelpful and condescending. Overall, I wouldn't advise someone seeking for a big selection of high-quality trendy products to purchase RATIVE. RATIVE falls short of expectations and breaks its promises with a poor selection and poor customer service. Go shopping somewhere else instead if you want a better experience.
