To be honest I am very disappointed in this hair. I bought this hair based on the reviews I saw online and I'm starting a new job on Monday so the hair needs to come fast. The first thing I got was 18 inch lock 20.22.24 curly hair when I took the hair out of the box I ran my figure for curls and my figures got tangled in knots (I uploaded a video) that I still put in my hair since I had no other choice. Eventually I had to bleach the clasp and no bleach was required and the hair was so tangled that my barber had to cut it.
