I didn't think that getting a basic video conferencing headset would be so difficult. I picked them because they looked comfortable but the mic sucks! I've tried this on several computers and I'm practically silent on all of them. If you listen very carefully in a quiet room, you might hear my voice, but in a video conference, everyone will think your mute button is on. My webcam's mic works great but picks up too much ambient noise so I wanted a headset and already had a pair of better sounding headphones that I was already using so those things are useless. I'm sending them back and for the price of over $30 I'm very disappointed in the performance.
