Makes a delicious pitcher of iced tea. I like strong tea, so using three family-sized Lipton tea bags, I run water through the tea leaves twice to get the perfect pitcher. I like using a teapot for a number of reasons, the main one being that it allows me to drink the strength of my tea. I also find brewed tea better than any mixture. The teapot is convenient and easy to use, after you're done, just throw away the teabags and rinse out the infuser. I put my brewed tea in a gallon jug separate from the kettle to keep it clean and accessible. I have diabetes so I put sweetener and water in a 1 liter jug and put it in the fridge. Simple and easy.
