I received this keyboard to set up as a new gaming keyboard, for the price I assumed it was a mechanical keyboard but it is NOT. I was ok to try it and tested it for a week, some keys were crisp, others were soft. And I could not connect this device to the iCUE software. I contacted Corsair about my two issues: softkeys and no software detection. They completely ignored my softkey issue and told me it was the equivalent of turning it off and on again due to a software issue. to ergonomic mice.
