WAY better than the included build plate
Now that I have both this, and the one that comes with the kit - I can see why they left this out of the default packaging. It's a CNC machined part and clearly requires a lot of work to make.It is WAY better than the flat plate that comes with the printer, but it's not perfect. Some resin still clings to the edges of the top of the plate, albeit way less than the original. I had to get some fine grit sand paper to rough up the build surface because my first several prints were failing to stick.However, I still highly recommend this upgrade for anyone with this printer. It's a must-have.
