Got wet and smelly!
Received the item in plastic. Upon opening the item was completely damp and had a horrible chemical odor similar to very strong ammonia. The towels were so damp that the attached paper label was wet and damaged. Trying to salvage them by soaking and washing them harshly will tell if they are serviceable or need to be thrown away altogether. Frustrating to open a damaged item at Christmas.
