This is my second ViewSonic monitor, the first was a 24 inch monitor. The difference over the past 5 years is striking when it comes to user support instructions. This model came with two custom tuning maps. One for 3" x 7 1/2" adaptation in 3 languages in VERY small print. Another collapsible 4" x 51/2" in 22 languages! The smaller card directs the user to go to a web page for instructions. Once you get there, you'll have a good time figuring out what you need. Instruction pages take a long time to print. The adjustment buttons are no longer on the front of the lower frame, but under it, and the function arrows are on the front. Buy reading glasses and a flashlight to find out how to proceed. It's unbelievable that a manufacturer should burden the buyer with cheap, penny-saving manuals. Someone should be fired for that oversight. In a review, check out other manufacturers if you don't have extra time to stumble to set up this block!
