I was very pleased to hear that they have released a body tape measure that also connects to the app. This tape measure gadget makes it easy to get accurate body measurements. Wrap the band around your arm, leg, waist, etc. Attach the end of the band to the base and hold the retract button until it clicks into place. The measurement will appear in the app and if you think it's correct, just click the accept button on your device and it will be registered. So easy! On a note. The Renpho app connects to Google Fit, which connects to Noom (the diet app I'm currently using), so Renpho has made it easy to keep track of my weight and body measurements, which all change automatically connect to the diet app.
