Easy to use; works perfectly!

We have a toilet in our business center that I wanted to clean of stains and mineral deposits from 20 years of hard water. I was skeptical that either method would work, but for the price, I wanted to try this product. I poured some cleaning vinegar into a bowl for a few hours, then gently worked the pumice stone over any stains and debris. In less than 10 minutes it looked "almost" new! I was so pleased that I have cleaned several other toilets with fewer stains. All in all it probably didn't take me more than 30 minutes. It was so easy to use that I was really blown away.
