Better than a ball of cookies
Arrived today and made no bake peanut butter chocolate protein candy right away. However, instead of laboriously rolling them up with my cookie scoop, I tossed them onto the candy mold and crushed them one by one. I sprayed them with cooking spray, covered them with wax paper, and pressed them into small rectangles with a rolling pin. Perfect! Popped out immediately after freezing and fitted into bags. less space in the freezer! It is my diet that heals us. Love it! I think I'll make cookie dough in it!
