Clicking noise and one stopped working

I bought 4 fans in December 2020 and installed them from an electrical company. One fan stopped working at all. 2 make loud clicking noises when the fan spins. I want a light switch. The switch is only for part of the fan. 3 of the 4 fans I bought need to be turned off. 1 because it doesn't work. The other two are loud.
