Was easy to install most of the time. Remote is very easy to sue. The smart feature is also easy to set up and use. The air circulation is very good. Mounted in a covered gazebo.

Have not installed this product yet but have already purchased 5 of these for our new home. Options versus price are unmatched by others of the same size. I'm only giving 4 stars because it hasn't been installed yet.

Can't wait to sync this fan with my Alexa! Calm; it seems like it would be. I wasn't thrilled with the plastic fan blades. You just can't tell what something is going to look like online until you get it.

Light works great. The fan is very loud! This is at the lowest speed. how is it normal Very disappointed and spent money and time installing a fan. Any advice on how to stop the noise level would be greatly appreciated. Does anyone else have this problem?

Bought for a new office, helps freshen the air at this time. For me this is an easy install, but you have to follow the instructions carefully, especially the LED lights. Otherwise it's the perfect fan in my opinion. By the way, I really like the fan control mobile app, it's very convenient! That's a plus for the fan.

I bought 4 fans in December 2020 and installed them from an electrical company. One fan stopped working at all. 2 make loud clicking noises when the fan spins. I want a light switch. The switch is only for part of the fan. 3 of the 4 fans I bought need to be turned off. 1 because it doesn't work. The other two are loud.

The electrician said it was the worst fan he had ever installed. We put two fans on our porch. The Wi-Fi app only controls 1 fan. I finally have a remote control to control both fans. But their customer service is useless. They told me they don't know how I got a remote to control both fans. If there weren't so many problems I would send them back. But then I would have to pay an electrician to install, remove and install new fans. I strongly advise against buying this fan.
