Terrible design and handling

The electrician said it was the worst fan he had ever installed. We put two fans on our porch. The Wi-Fi app only controls 1 fan. I finally have a remote control to control both fans. But their customer service is useless. They told me they don't know how I got a remote to control both fans. If there weren't so many problems I would send them back. But then I would have to pay an electrician to install, remove and install new fans. I strongly advise against buying this fan.
