I give them five stars only for their customer support. Here's what happened. We bought three fans and had them installed by a certified electrician. Because we have no idea what to do with our own hands. Also, the living room ceiling is 12 to 14 feet high where our old fan used to be. After the electrician installed it, the fan didn't work. The LED light worked great with both the controller and the phone app. Contacted Revain who asked us to contact the seller. After several letters back and forth they sent us a new motor. We were able to handle that part because it wasn't at the top, it was where the fan was at the bottom of that pole. See what I mean by ignorant? I don't even know the name of this pole. Anyway, we managed to shut the engine down and put the fan back in there. The same thing. The light worked but not the fan. A few weeks have passed since the purchase. Between the delivery time and waiting for the weekend to sort it out. This time I asked for a new whole fan. You sent him. I was afraid that the electrician had mixed up the wiring above. He had some problems while working and I was afraid I would have to call her or another electrician and she would shell out more money to get it working. There is a fan. We turned off the entire fan, down to the rack and everything. I didn't expect it to work, but it worked. Hallelujah! The customer service team was great and sent us postage for the old motor and fan. We told them we thought it was a problem with the LED light and they just asked us for a tracking number so they could make sure it was taken out and checked. Now that everything is working, this is a great fan. I love it!
