This was easy to install but leaked where the holder attached to the wall pipe. I took it off, put more teflon tape on the tube, it was still leaking even though it was stretched. Then I took it off again and put in a new washer since there was one in the package. Still in flow. I called the customer service number which is an international number. The person who replied never said they were with the company. Told me to email her photos, they might have to send a replacement. I've never heard of her. I emailed 2 days later, still no reply. So I'm stuck with a product leak. I will order another brand that is made in the USA so I can get help if needed.
