Nicely packaged except one of the silver clasps was very tarnished. I couldn't give it away so I asked for a replacement. The replacement product was delivered fairly quickly, but even then the replacement product was unacceptable. One of the design prints on the clip was badly damaged. Interestingly, all of the flaws in both sets were found in the same tie clip design. See photos. Also, the replacement product set had weak hardware and didn't feel as solid as the first set. Please check the quality before sending to customers.
