UPDATE: I had 1 star and the seller contacted me to see what they could do to help. I explained that I used a plastic bag to charge. He answered me and said that instead of rubbing the rag inside the pocket, you should quickly rub the pocket on the rag outside. I did what he suggested and it became electrostatic as described. It also stayed full during use. The seller also told me that I have to do this every time before cleaning to recharge it. Then I started cleaning everything from computer monitors to paintings and furniture. I still don't find it as good as the ones I had years ago, but it cleans well. Using rags saves me a lot of extra work. We have a cat who, I swear, scatters her fur everywhere. Another plus of this rag is that it has collected a lot of cat hair. Another wool rag I've worn for many years has become rough and uncomfortable. It also does a pretty good job, but I'll never be able to fully clean it. This is easy to rotate and shake off dust and dirt. I know it's a bit silly but I love the colors. I also like the hole in the handle to hang it up when not in use. I am satisfied with its capabilities and can recommend it.
