I like that it has a lot of information available in one place. It helps us organize all of our bookings for shows at multiple venues, and keep track of them all very well. Sometimes there's not enough room to write down everything you need to do, but other than that, this program works great! The only thing I don't like is that when you use something from another venue, it automatically copies over your bookings into that show instead of creating new ones. We've been using this system for about 3 years now, and have had no problems with it. It was very helpful when we were trying to get used to managing multiple venues. Now we are completely comfortable managing 5 different spaces across two states, and it keeps things organized so we can focus on running our business instead of paperwork.
