Great software with excellent Customer Service

It's simple to use and the customer service is outstanding. It's also not expensive. I haven't had any problems. I would recommend it to anyone. It's user friendly and does everything I need it to. It's also easy to set it up for a smaller organization. It has helped my organization to stay organized and have everything in one place. It's also great that you can upload pictures and links so I can make myself more visible. I love that I can have a calendar of events and put in my own shows. I…

Very easy to use and customizable platform that is cost effective

I really enjoyed how it could be customized to fit my needs. It was easy to learn and use! They offer unlimited support which is always nice. Sometimes the program would freeze but that was usually resolved if we contacted tech support immediately. There's not much in terms of downsides as far as this product goes. For most problems you can solve them yourself (or contact an agent) without needing too many resources from technical support. If you're looking for something simple and cost…

I've been using this ticketing platform since 2013 when we started my current role at an organization in Chicago's Southside community as their Director/CFO - which meant being responsible for managing many aspects including accounting & finance management systems (including but not limited).   • The system is user friendly both online portal side / offline ticket creation mode.
  • Support staff are helpful whenever contacted either through tickets sent out OR personal messages received thru our accounts section page located next o fourth down inside menu bar above main screen upon logging onto any given day during working hours :)
