I've been using this ticketing platform since 2013 when we started my current role at an organization in Chicago's Southside community as their Director/CFO - which meant being responsible for managing many aspects including accounting & finance management systems (including but not limited).
During those years there were some upgrades or changes every year so things got better over time! At present though everything seems fine aside from minor issues here nthere such us pricing structures etc., however these seem easily resolved by contacting support team directly via email address provided within your account dashboard area under "Contact Us". Ticket sales has always seemed like one big headache until AP came into play where you can now create customised packages tailored specifically towards each client needs without having too much hassle doing them manually yourself!!
