I really enjoyed how it could be customized to fit my needs. It was easy to learn and use! They offer unlimited support which is always nice. Sometimes the program would freeze but that was usually resolved if we contacted tech support immediately. There's not much in terms of downsides as far as this product goes. For most problems you can solve them yourself (or contact an agent) without needing too many resources from technical support. If you're looking for something simple and cost effective, then give one more go at it. My organization needed a simple ticketing platform like this; it solved several issues. I like how easy everything was to set up and use. I also love how easy it was to manage tickets and donors. The only problem I have is that sometimes it will freeze but it is an easy fix to reboot the computer. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an easy way to organize their ticketing needs. We were able to easily create new pages for different events we host and then add new tickets to them as well.
