Great idea but doesn't work perfectly.

On one of my tires it really sucks if my Shrader thumb lever compression pump pushes in far enough to open the presta valve. So I remove this adapter, turn the locking nut on the presta and try again and maybe it will work. Is it possible that this adapter is a millimeter or two higher or something?
