Ford replaced the original part with this

This is the replacement that Ford uses for the OEM fan clutch - YB631 that came with most 2002-2005 Explorers and Climbers. It is smaller and lighter than the OEM but suitable for construction. I was happy with the 140,000 miles I got with my OEM but it started making a loud noise and had trouble turning the blade by hand so it's about time.
