Item works exactly as described and looks beautiful. The reason I gave 3 stars is that the plastic sheet covering part of the back of the phone was stuck to the product when the plastic sheet was removed and was not easy to clean. In addition, the width of the product corresponds to the size of my phone (iPhone XS), so the automatic clamping function is not noticeable. Of course, my phone has the i-Blason Ares Full-Body Rugged Clear Bumper Case for iPhone Xs Max 2018 Release, Blue, 6.5" (iPhone2018-6.5-Ares-Blue). Other than that, they appear to be well-made materials. ********UPDATE REVIEW********Seller has contacted me to provide a replacement even though I didn't ask for it All I can say is that the seller was very is compromised to deliver the best customer service and i can really confirm that i added 1 more star to the rating because of the customer service and because the product is really a great gadget but due to the size of my hands my phone with the case just fits sits a little tight, otherwise if my cell phone were a little smaller I would give all 5 stars.
