Good for an adult gag, maybe better for a kid's toy (big bucks)
Got this to "decorate" my wife's knee scooter that she used after her foot surgery. As another review notes, the blue lights actually use green LEDs, which looks a bit silly. I tried replacing the LEDs with the white or blue ones I had on hand, but the circuit just didn't have enough voltage to power them. The siren is VERY annoyingly loud - a few layers of tape on the speaker grille will help deaden it. If you're looking for the perfect super durable bike toy for kids, look elsewhere. If you're looking for entertainment for less than $10, get it!
