beautician license and RN here. I'm a bit of a natural and a bit of a "botox bringer" when it comes to skincare. Basically, I want products that not only touch all my senses, but also do their job well. I'm usually minimal in my skincare routine and opt for water or olive oil to cleanse my skin, but I was intrigued by this cleansing balm when I first saw it. The oils didn't scare me because I've been using them regularly on my face for at least ten years. What totally surprised me (besides the delicious scent and the ability to easily remove the mascara) happened when I wiped the product off my face with warm water and the towel provided - the skin was soft but not a bit oily or oily to the touch. Everyone. I wasn't ready for this, but I didn't hate it! :) I don't expect any benefit from collagen because if you're a nerd like me or have studied aesthetics, you know that the molecules are too big to be absorbed by the skin. unless they are broken first. However, the ingredients in this product are very beneficial for overall skin health. Thumbs up! When trying new products, I usually give myself at least a few months of regular use to decide whether I like them or not. I've only been using it for a few days so I have some time before I can give my official personal review but so far so good.
