As many have said this is difficult but this applies to all steering wheel covers. You don't want them to be loose or they won't protect and fall off easily. I left this seat in hot Arizona to wear. I only broke 1 nail while putting it on (laughs). I found it easier to put it on from a flat bottom and then move the sides up and pull with all your strength. It fits perfectly and blends perfectly with the interior of my car. My hands got a bit sweaty while riding it, that might be a small downside, but I know I don't burn my hands when I'm out in the sun.
