If you're a parent you're tired of chasing stray lacrosse balls. This is for you. My son has greatly improved his throwing and catching skills since purchasing the Swax Lax exercise ball. Now I spend less time chasing lacrosse balls in the bushes, over the garage, across the street in a neighbor's backyard or a half-mile down the road, and more time throwing and catching.
