This is a must have for beginners, no big deal and you won't get as frustrated chasing the ball through two towns or under a thorn bush. Too bad we found this earlier. Ideal for indoor or outdoor use. Don't get me wrong, this can still do some damage, but is a lot handier than a real lacrosse ball. Better than too light plastic exercise balls. As a result, this has improved our home training, so I'm sure the coach is happy. A scam is the price of a glorified hack bag.

My son is new to lacrosse and we practiced in the driveway/front yard. The disadvantage of lacrosse balls is that they are heavy and roll fast.
