Review on ๐Ÿฅ SWAX LAX Lacrosse Training Ball - Same Size & Weight as Regulation Lacrosse Ball but Soft - Ideal for Indoor & Outdoor Practice with Controlled Bounce & Reduced Rebounds by David Caldwell

Very little kickback!

Let's say your child first joined the lacrosse league. Now imagine that you might never have known lacrosse was a sport until your kid joined the league. Let's say your kid asks you to practice with him, so you buy a bag of lacrosse balls and two bats and start catching and throwing the ball. After walking 8 to 10 miles around the neighborhood you eventually find the first three balls that you or said kid threw and the other couldn't catch. This ball doesn't bounce down the street until it smashes a car window or finally stops after a few blocks. If you're dumb enough like me to try to practice indoors, you'll appreciate that it doesn't bounce from one wall to a picture frame on the opposite wall like a real ball would. Is it exactly the same as a regular lacrosse ball? no But it's similar enough that it's fine for newbies like my kids and I. At this point in our skill set, we probably would have learned to throw ping pong balls, but the lack of bounce really makes our training more enjoyable. Our Labrador Retriever, on the other hand, finds it totally boring.
