No death sphere on bullets

I haven't tested it but this ball was one of those rare occasions where I bought something and it was all I ever wanted. Lacrosse balls are basically spheres of death when a 6 year old is involved so I was looking for something different to help my son teach it. Teaching a child to lax with a tennis ball seems more time consuming than necessary since the balls are so light. I found these wax balls and they are exactly what I was hoping for. They weigh the same as a lacrosse ball, but are nowhere near as scary when thrown by a runaway 6-year-old compared to the sheer terror a real lacrosse ball produces. Because balls weigh more than tennis balls, my son improved his ball catching, throwing, and shoveling skills almost immediately. As an added bonus, the Swax Ball is essentially a large padded backpack so doesn't roll around forever if my son misses the ball. The amount of time this saves the child from endless ball chasing is a subtle but powerful benefit. Wax balls provide a very effective short and long throw in the backyard. This is the perfect ball for beginners or just for people who want less of a mess with a lacrosse ball.
