Ideal for lunch, lids are microwave safe.
Great for lunch. I cook in it in the oven (without a lid, with a lid). Let cool, cover and put in the fridge. take one to work every day. I unscrew the lid and cook in the microwave with the lid closed, you can try without opening the lid. I cook what's pre-cooked at Costco, like meatballs. I cook at 350 and cover with a paper towel. Then I try the Costco Hot Wings, they're supposed to be great. Cup size 2 fits me. I'm sure they will do just fine in the freezer. I plan to buy another set and freeze them so I can cook more different things for lunch and not worry about them going bad.
