The training modules are well-designed and provide a lot of value. The platform is very intuitive, allowing for easy implementation and customization. I like that there are a lot of options to customize learning paths and lessons. As a new user, I am not able to do some of the tasks. I am able to do some things but not others. Most of the time, I am able to figure it out, but it is still slow going. I am able to see progress in my training and how much I have learned. It is very helpful to be able to learn step by step and see how much I have learned. I like that it is a simple way to train employees on a new product. The software is easy to use and there are many features that are easy to understand. I do not like that it is difficult to create custom quizzes. I am not able to change fonts, colors, or add images. I am able to create quizzes with a simple drag and drop. It is a great way to train employees on a new product. It is easy to use and there are many features that are easy to understand.
