This is my second attempt at reviewing this product and honestly the first review I have ever written for a product. The reason I'm writing this review is because this product along with Kitchen Supreme's outstanding customer service is absolutely second to none and they deserve every compliment customers give them. If you're looking for a great French Press with great attention to detail and great customer service, you've come to the right place. I had a small problem with my carafe after about six months and the company didn't hesitate. send me a new one right away. although this was not necessary. They went ahead and were only satisfied when I informed them that everything was perfect. What a great experience in 2017! The customer service was fantastic and the product is everything they say PLUS more. Highly recommended. You will not regret it!
