I was having trouble finding a shirt that fit my two Jack Russell Terriers. Jack is taller, weighing 22 pounds with a 22 inch chest. I bought him 2 x extra large first and they were a bit big although the size chart suggested they would fit. I sent them back and ordered 1x extra large and it was perfect! My Jill is the same - she weighs 15 pounds and has a 20 inch chest. Got her a very big one and it was too big, sent them back and got a big one and they are perfect too! Success! These shirts are sewn to a very high standard, easy to wash (I wash them in the washing machine on a continuous spin cycle and in the dryer on a continuous spin cycle) without shrinking or wrinkling. I liked them so much that I bought two more sets so they would have warm, comfortable shirts for the winter. I use them indoors but they are perfect for walking or playing in the garden in spring and early fall.
