Almost amazing. Compact, easy to install, very durable! The only thing you need when disassembling is to have each section use gravity to close it with your thumbs within an inch of hitting the guillotine. This is the worst design flaw.
- HOW DO I REMOVE THE LADDER? Please do NOT be a cowboy, to avoid hurting your fingers, please read the instructions: 1) One hand holds the ladder at the top step of the ladder you will be cleaning. 2) The other hand presses the 2 folding buttons on the retracted rods to the middle position. 3) The ladder folds itself slowly and smoothly. 4) Repeat the operations until the ladder is fully folded. About 10 seconds to withdraw ONE level. For faster retraction, simply apply gentle forward force to close
