the color was supposed to be chestnut, but it was more of a greenish brown and gold, not chestnut at all, couldn't use it.

The color is not at all like the picture. When I tried to exchange it since I bought it through Revain I thought it was no rush and easy to exchange but apparently not. I can't find my way back Also had a nightmare trying to get it mailed to me. It took 6 weeks to solve their address problem, they didn't have the street name and kept trying to send it to me. Their system didn't verify the address and just kept trying to send the email.
