I'm so glad I found this! My lips were extremely dry, cracked, scaly and itchy. Then I moisturized them with natural products like coconut oil, vitamin E, olive oil, etc. And the oils were fully absorbed within 20-30 minutes. I even tried Neosporin because I really wanted the pain to stop! My lips peeled from the dead skin and right after that they started turning bright red, itchy, sore and swollen. It was a continuous cycle for 3 months and I was starting to worry. I couldn't take it anymore, my lips were tight and I couldn't even smile or speak at times. I found this balm and as a last resort I said okay let me try before I spend hundreds of dollars on a doctor. And it works! I immediately saw and felt an improvement. The next day I applied it every few hours and noticed that when it wore off my lips felt tight again. I thought OH NO. It doesn't quite work. But on the second day I only applied it once and my lips were almost completely healed. I'm really blown away by how effective this is. If you have very dry lips that don't respond to anything, you might want to try this. It works! thank you dr Dan. Note: I read some reviews that this smells bad. Personally, I don't find the smell unpleasant at all. I immediately smelled honey because one of the main ingredients is beeswax. I can't smell it at all when wearing it. UPDATE: While this works, PLEASE DO NOT USE IT FOR A LONG TIME as your skin will deteriorate, your lips will become thinner and more chapped. I still have the original problem and only use it when things are really bad. As usual, my chief physician is inefficient and indifferent to his patients, and I get no real answers from him. I will go to a dermatologist.
