I have 2 monitors, a 1080 HDMI and a VGA. I drive these from 2 computers through boxes, . Now I can switch between work and home computer with one click. The keyboard and mouse continue to work, as does the webcam connected to the front USB port. Computers recover within seconds after a switch, so it's painless. The picture does not deteriorate when walking through the box. I don't use a sound switch so I can't comment on how well it works. The mouse didn't work in the intended rear port (but worked in the front port as others have noted), which I fixed by disabling that feature. allowing the mouse to change fields.
