I was surprised by the quality for this price.

Good quality adapter. In my opinion, 5k is too high a price for any adapter, but I definitely don’t regret that I sold cheap.
Has some pros
The metal case looks stylish, the color matches perfectly with the MacBook. Also, such a case contributes to cooling. All connectors come in with a nice characteristic click.
Some cons:
Gets hot when connected to HDMI. I'm not sure if this is a drawback of the adapter itself, just a fact. It costs too much.
