Review on ๐Ÿ”’ Securely Mount Your Dishwasher on Granite Countertops with Supplying Demand DWGRANITE L304458800 Installation Brackets by Jason Paige

The right side fell off after 2-3 weeks

As others have noted, ours took about 2-3 weeks. Although it literally had no instructions, I watched videos of similar sticky pad installations and they recommended cleaning the granite thoroughly with rubbing alcohol. So I did this and made sure the installation area is very clean. Then I installed them. I then attached 4 DEWALT clamps to it, two clamps per bracket, tightened and left overnight. They seemed quite connected. I was sure it was the right decision. But unfortunately after 2-3 weeks one of them slowly came off. Interestingly, one of them is still attached. So only one fell off. but now I need to remove the other one to properly remove the one that fell down. so both go. I think I'll resort to mounting the side brackets in the cabinets themselves. I wanted to avoid that and really hoped it would work. but they didn't (at least for us). So, you know, we keep our house between 76 and 80 degrees and the air conditioning is on daily, so there wasn't excessive humidity or heat. Also, our dishwasher was brand new (hence the need for brackets), didn't wobble and was very quiet so didn't tug at the brackets unnecessarily.

Pros
  • This mounting bracket kit can be installed on any type of dishwasher that can be mounted to a granite countertop.
