arrived well packaged. Comes with multiple attachments which is a big plus for me. charged and turned on, wow, I was surprised. This thing is strong, I felt really good on my legs and back just coming back from a good workout at the gym. The relief I got was incredible and relaxing. The device is not too heavy and very easy to use. All the attachments are easy to change and the battery was enough for me and my wife to use this massager. I had a cheaper one that definitely doesn't compare to this one, this one has a better motor in my opinion. Pretty much plug and play, not difficult to use or understand at all. comes with a nice case. This device also seems nice and sturdy, not cheap at all and hopefully will last a long time. I am impressed!
