Update: I contacted and they responded immediately and were more than willing to fix the issue with little effort on my part. I really think it was a one time problem. Will be updated again after using the second product. Used a few times and the purple color is very faint. Tried to clean and test. After a few prints it got a little better, but still very weak. I made a card on a printer and after 3 attempts I was lucky that it was passable. Not sure if I can bargain, price is great and 2 other colors are great, have not tried black. It was probably a problem with an item. I bought because my print didn't print at all until I replaced the magenta. Ironic, laugh.
