The screen went blank, you can use
My phone had a fault I thought it was temporary so I inserted my SIM card and the screen went black. was lit but still empty so I couldn't turn it off or restart it. I had to wait a few minutes for it to turn on so I could switch my SIM card back to my old phone, then it went off before I could factory reset it, but I'll be sending it back anyway. I'll use the phone I have until I'm sure I've found a phone that doesn't have glitches like this.
