Review on Siser EasyWeed HTV - 15 Inches x 3 Feet Roll - Iron-on Heat Transfer Vinyl in Black by Amanda Castillo

The product may have worked properly but it was sent in an envelope without a hard cardboard core as most vinyl records need to be supported which resulted in damage on arrival. I still tried to do my best. When I opened it, I saw that creases and bubbles formed when it was unscrewed. I tried to cut it, thinking that eventually it would be smoothed out and maybe everything would be fine, but due to damage, the cut was unsuccessful. It was awful and I had to make these t-shirts in 3 days for my kindergarten kid's birthday party. I want a refund, for some reason this item is non-refundable even though I only ordered it a week ago. I don't know why, what should I do now?
